Pharmacy Management & HR Skills Online CE Course
Hone your pharmacy management skills with an online CE certificate course from Oregon State University
Now you can meet your CE requirements for the year and earn a Pharmacy Management & HR Skills Course Certificate online. Developed as a collaborative effort between the OSU College of Pharmacy and College of Business, the course was designed to help pharmacists advance their careers by helping them to better navigate the challenges of an increasingly complex, fast-paced and outcomes-oriented workplace. The course teaches pharmacists how to:
1.) Employ leadership, staffing and decision-making skills to generate a high-performance pharmacy environment.
2.) Apply skills learned to enhance the development and productivity of pharmacy team members through coaching, motivation and feedback.
3.) Manage the pharmacy and pharmacy team in accordance with the highest standards of pharmacy, and in compliance with employment law.
The course is accessible 24/7, and is regularly updated to reflect the latest industry research and regulations. It utilizes interactive multimedia, video case studies and real world examples of pharmacy managerial tasks. Discounts are available for groups that purchase in volume for their pharmacy team.
Upon completion, students will receive 18 contact hours (1.80 CEUs). The OSU College of Pharmacy is approved by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education, and the course has been planned and implemented in accordance with the policies of the ACPE.
